About The Position
Performs unskilled manual labor duties in a variety of construction and maintenance projects throughout City buildings, grounds and other properties to be specified by Department. Work is assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor and is inspected for quality and productivity.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
- Valid Florida Driver's License and home telephone required.
Nice To Haves
- Some general labor experience, particularly in areas such as construction, brickwork, and asphalt is desired.
