We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Worker with a strong background in plumbing to join our team. In this role, you will perform routine maintenance and repair tasks across our facilities, with a primary focus on plumbing infrastructure, while also assisting with general facility upkeep and maintenance. All applicants must undergo pre-employment drug screening, which includes testing for marijuana, as well as background checks.

Requirements

  • A High School diploma or GED is required.
  • A plumbing license (Journeyman) from the State of Colorado is required.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in plumbing, whether in residential, commercial, or industrial settings, is required.
  • Fundamental understanding of general maintenance skills (e.g., framing, drywall).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Capability to interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • A valid driver’s license and insurance are required.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortably working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor locations, at heights, and in confined spaces.
  • Capable of standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including water supply and drainage systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to sinks, toilets, water heaters, pumps, and fixtures.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems.
  • Assist with general maintenance tasks, such as painting, drywall repair, basic electrical work, and groundskeeping.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and materials used.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Be available for after-hours emergencies as needed, including being on-call.
