About The Position

The position involves making repairs requiring skills such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work. Responsibilities include maintenance of light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, replacing sheetrock/plastering/painting walls, repairing exit/office/bathroom doors, and replacing ceiling/floor tiles. The role also includes receiving and storing deliveries of maintenance/office supplies, building and moving furniture as needed, participating in preparation for facility inspections and fire drills, and assisting with maintaining cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the facility, including trash removal, power washing, and snow removal. Additional related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years consecutive experience in building maintenance.
  • Experience in skills mentioned above is required.
  • Trade school/training certifications are a plus.
  • High School diploma or GED is a plus.
  • Vaccination preferred but not required.
