Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

  • General building maintenance
  • Carpentry
  • Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular maintenance tasks including:
  • General carpentry and building repairs
  • Interior and exterior painting
  • Basic electrical and plumbing work
  • Groundskeeping and light janitorial duties
  • Conduct semi-skilled and skilled maintenance work under general supervision
  • Install and repair:
  • Electrical outlets, fans, and lighting (if qualified)
  • Plumbing fixtures, water lines, and drainage systems
  • Operate hand and power tools, as well as other related equipment
  • Maintain basic records of time and materials used
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned
