About The Position

Responsible for the day-to-day functions related to facilities (Maintenance/Engineering, Environmental Services), as defined by the Maintenance Supervisor, for the facilities.

Requirements

• Minimum one (1) year experience in a facilities role.
• Knowledge of JCAHO preparation helpful.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates maintenance and safety issues and priorities within the programs and services throughout TTC locations.
• Provides implementation of repair and maintenance work as defined by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assists with the coordination of security, housekeeping, maintenance, facilities support services, and outside contractors towards the overall goal of improvement of the physical plant.
• Assists with the management of supplies and requests for needed materials, and communicates this to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Attends meetings as required including staff meetings, in-service education and trainings.
• Fully understands and maintains policies regarding professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and patient confidentiality.
• Conducts self in a professional manner in areas of dress, language, attitude and behavior.
• Exhibits full knowledge and support of the philosophy and objectives of the Agency.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Director and/or Administration.
