About The Position

AHRC Nassau supports 2,200 people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities through a wide array of supports and services Primary duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: Provides maintenance and/or repairs to the Agency buildings and grounds, as well as to the organization’s equipment. Must be able to perform with limited supervision, accept responsibilities, initiate problem solving and/or decision-making and complete assignments to finish without the need for supervisory guidance.

Requirements

• Prior general building maintenance experience required, including minor trade work repairs.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor
• Valid NYS driver’s license.

Responsibilities
