About The Position

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of maintenance experience, or relevant apprenticeship/internship
• Familiarity with tools and software used in facility maintenance
• The ability to obtain a Missouri driver's license
• A problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for community service

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance and repairs on systems like HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
• Painting, cleaning, and gutter repairs
• Mosquito control, snow and ice removal, and emergency repairs
• Meeting room setups, waste disposal, and facility inspections
