Maintenance Worker - Grounds - PTT (Summer)
About The Position
Essential Functions Maintain grounds. Keep the grounds clean from litter and trash. Mow, trim, rake, and irrigate all areas. Trim and prune trees and shrubs. Plant trees, shrubs, and flowers. Responsible for the safe operation of equipment while performing various essential functions of the position; lawn and garden tractors with a mower or blade attachment, sidewalk edgers, mowers with front-mounted mower blades, push mowers, weed eaters, and a variety of small hand tools. Maintain and fuel vehicles. Wash the exterior and clean the interior of vehicles as needed. Promote a Culture of Belonging Support and promote an environment of belonging where all students, faculty members, and college employees feel welcomed, valued, and empowered to contribute. Foster a community where each individual and their varied perspectives enrich the educational experience and create a safe and respectful environment. Minimum Qualifications At least sixteen (16) years of age or older Valid Driver’s License and the ability to qualify for auto insurance coverage
