Work performed in a variety of skilled maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and masonry, and performing related work as required.

Requirements

• Completion of the tenth grade
• Experience in building and plant maintenance involving a variety of work, such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and masonry
• Knowledge of methods, materials, and procedures used in general repair and maintenance work
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions
• Knowledge of machines, tools, and equipment used in a variety of tasks as required
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to use, clean, repair and maintain equipment, tools, and machinery required in accomplishing tasks
• Ability to evaluate situations and make decisions
• Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with other employees
