Requirements

Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and operating landscaping equipment.
Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and repair techniques.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Responsibilities

Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and maintaining flower beds and green spaces.
Conduct minor repairs and maintenance work, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
Assist other hotel departments with various tasks to support overall operations.
Monitor and report maintenance needs and safety hazards to management.
Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
