Requirements

  • 1+ Years of experience in facilities/manufacturing maintenance.
  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution preferred but not required
  • This position will physically require the incumbent to perform duties standing, walking, overhead reaching, lifting (35 – 40lbs), pushing and pulling totes, and leaning over machines, all equally on a regular basis.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.
  • ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory of critical spare parts for manufacturing equipment.
  • Coordinate with procurement to reorder parts before failure occurs.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facility and facility equipment
  • Keep maintenance rooms clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA and company safety standards.
  • Manage storage of tools, equipment, and hazardous materials.
  • Conduct monthly cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain electronic records of maintenance activities and part usage.
  • Apply proper lubrication techniques to reduce wear on moving parts.
  • Maintain lubrication inventory and schedule regular lubrication cycles
