This position is designed to serve as a Transition Maintenance Leader when a Maintenance Coordinator opening occurs at any Otterbein Small House Neighborhood location in Ohio. The Maintenance Transition Leader will ensure all maintenance responsibilities are completed and will assist with plans of correction and audits at assigned location. When an Interim role is not needed, then the Maintenance Leader will be assigned special projects by the Maintenance Director. At times the Maintenance Leader may serve as an Interim Maintenance Leader while also completing project work. Travel: up to 100% depending on transition needs. Lodging provided if over 1 hour commute from home.
