Job Description Job Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Three (3) years' experience in an industrial setting in process/product chemical engineering or operations, or power plant operations, depending on type of experience. Preferred: Maintenance craft, lead or supervisor experience in power generation, LNG production/processing, petrochemical industries or journeyman level or higher Operations experience in power generation, LNG production/processing or petrochemical industries. Training development and instructor experience in power generation, LNG production/processing, petrochemical industries. Completion of a formal craft training program is a plus. Strong planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Knowledge of regulatory requirements preferred, including DOT, FERC, NFPA, USCG, and EPA. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn other programs. Knowledge of SAP/Maximo or CMMS Strong interpersonal and organizational skills as well as oral, written, and electronic communication skills needed to effectively sustain a complex training program. Training on environmental, safety, operations and security procedures. Contribute to a team-centric work environment based on mutual respect and integrity. Must maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card in good standing status
