About The Position

Morgan Properties offers a full-time paid training program, 'Fix It Forward Program,' designed to train individuals to become Maintenance Technicians. No prior apartment maintenance experience is needed. If you are dependable, ready to learn, and like hands-on work, this program is for you. The program lasts 3 to 6 months and involves progressing through three levels: Beginner (focus on safety, tools, basic tasks), Intermediate (more repairs, less supervision), and Advanced (complex work, preparing for a permanent role). Participants receive on-the-job training, company-paid EPA & CPO certifications, and pay raises at each training level. Upon successful completion, trainees transition into a permanent Maintenance Technician role with additional benefits.
