The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for managing maintenance resources to minimize MTTR, maximize MTBF & TRP, proposing maintenance budgets, driving productivity actions, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Experience in maintenance management and industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to manage maintenance resources effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with TPM and QRQC methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Create standards and establish safety culture; ensure it is thoroughly respected.
• Pilot safety QRQC and assess environmental impact of equipment.
• Manage engineers/technicians industrializing new equipment.
• Perform ongoing maintenance of the painting line including alarms, stops, and replenishing chemicals.
• Manage warehouse of production chemicals and spare parts.
• Cooperate with process engineers and laboratory workers to solve quality and technological problems.
• Propose maintenance budget and control respect of the budget.
• Lead maintenance QRQC and deploy ERIM / TPM.
• Ensure equipment FMEA are done and up to date.
• Participate in safety and environment risks reduction.
