About The Position
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor in areas of the assigned Community. You assist in your community's goal to effectively and efficiently lease the property, while also promoting excellence in resident care and service. You work alongside a team of leasing agents in the office and maintenance technicians, groundskeepers, and a maintenance supervisor on your property, all under the direction of your property/community manager. Your contribution to the team includes assisting in achieving budgeted maintenance expenses, advising the Maintenance Supervisor on stock levels of supplies and equipment, and ensuring all work orders are completed in a timely fashion.
