About The Position

Requirements

• Must be physically capable of performing the duties of the job.
• Some previous experience in maintenance or a similar field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to report to designated location for work assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks including drywall and plumbing.
• Conduct lawn care and snow removal activities.
• Mow, mulch, trim, and clean grounds, including flower beds.
• Operate snow blower, lawn mower, weed trimmer, and hedge trimmer safely.
• Perform interior and exterior painting.
• Adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment.
• Maintain a clean driving history for using company vehicles.
• Work occasional nights or weekends as required.
• Assist with janitorial duties as needed.
• Maintain personal time sheets and submit weekly.
• Wear provided safety apparel and use equipment according to safety instructions.
• Complete agency trainings in a timely manner.
• Move furniture, desks, appliances, and office equipment.
• Perform general repairs to exterior and interior structures.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
