About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing maintenance procedures and ensuring their implementation. This role involves carrying out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues, checking electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality, and planning and overseeing all repair and installation activities. The Maintenance Technician will also monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary, manage relationships with contractors and service providers, keep maintenance logs, and report on daily activities. Additionally, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies is a critical aspect of this position.

Requirements

• Proven experience as maintenance technician
• Experience in planning maintenance operations
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
• Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
• Ability to keep track of and report on activity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
