About The Position

The position aims to maximize the productive time of equipment and improve the reliability and repeatability of production systems. The role involves providing support to production associates as they take on greater responsibility for the maintenance of their own equipment, as well as coordinating and assisting with equipment installation and start-up.

Requirements

• Must have 2-5 years maintenance experience
• 2 years experience with PLC’s
• 5 years experience with 480 electric
• Must be proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical, electronic, fluid power, mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Familiar with Siemens and/or Allen Bradley CNC Controls needed
• Should be familiar with applicable regulatory requirements outlined by OSHA, EPA, NFPA, NEC and other state/local organizations.
• Machining and welding capabilities required
• Computer literate, i.e., Microsoft-Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Complete periodical and incidental machine maintenance in an accurate and timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance as outlined on preventative maintenance schedules of equipment manufacturer’s recommendations.
• Plan and implement corrective action in conjunction with management direction.
• Comply with all safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain building, equipment, and grounds in a clean and orderly manner.
• Assist in the purchase of maintenance supplies and equipment parts as required or directed.
