About The Position
The Maintenance Technician at Towne Manor West is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the facility and its grounds are kept in a clean, safe, and orderly condition. This role involves working closely with the Maintenance Director and requires basic knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical wiring. The technician will also be responsible for minor repairs and ensuring high-quality service for residents and their families.
