About The Position
The Maintenance Technician at Servio Property Management is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the physical integrity of the community, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to service requests, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The technician may also assume full maintenance responsibilities in the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor, reporting directly to the Property Manager.
