Requirements

• Valid Driver's License required
• General Building Maintenance experience
• Carpentry experience
• Plumbing experience
• Basic Electrical experience
• HVAC Maintenance experience

Responsibilities

• Regular Maintenance duties (general carpentry & building repair, painting, basic electrical & plumbing, grounds work and light janitorial work, etc.)
• Operates and utilizes a wide variety of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed
• May keep simple records and make routine reports such as time expended and materials used
• Performs other maintenance related work as required
