About The Position
As a Maintenance Technician at Contech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous operation of our manufacturing equipment. Your responsibilities include providing technical expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and install all plant equipment. You will be accountable for the Total Predictive Maintenance (TPM) process, educating, directing, and supporting employees in reference to TPM and equipment repair compliance, and being responsible for the maintenance budget. Additionally, you will identify cost-effective solutions for replacing obsolete components, adjust repairs or replace parts, assemblies, and machine equipment, and read and interpret blueprints for repair and installation of equipment.
