The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for ensuring the timely completion of work orders and special projects, as well as providing excellent customer service to residents. This role involves diagnosing and repairing issues in various areas, particularly electrical, and responding to service requests and emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager. The technician will also assist in maintaining the property's exterior to ensure it remains clean and appealing, perform housekeeping duties, and manage maintenance of pools and spas when applicable.
