Requirements

• Experience as a maintenance technician.
• Ability to work with hands and tools.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to maintenance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in maintaining HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with fire and sprinkler equipment.
• Previous work in a community living environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord equipment.
• Perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned.
• Respond to maintenance requests by community directors and residents in both private rooms and public living areas.
• Maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector, and any other jurisdictions governing the community.
