About The Position
The Maintenance Technician Specialist at Afton Properties, Inc. is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of a Garden Style property with 800 units. This role involves a variety of tasks including plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems maintenance, and providing customer service to tenants. The technician will ensure that the property is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with health and safety regulations, while also participating in emergency maintenance on an on-call basis.
