  • Replace lamps and lights as needed.
  • Change or clean air filters for HVAC units regularly.
  • Assist with setting up tables and chairs for special events.
  • Perform patching and painting of walls as required.
  • Handle minor plumbing tasks such as changing faucets, toilets, and clearing clogged lines.
  • Maintain outdoor areas by mowing lawns and trimming bushes and hedges.
  • Receive, deliver, and distribute supplies across multiple locations efficiently.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in general maintenance, custodial, and/or landscape services.
  • Proficiency using janitorial equipment.
  • Proficiency in the use of modern office technology, equipment, and procedures including Microsoft Office, Adobe, basic email, internet, and be able to learn and adapt to new systems and software.
  • Auto Insurance (minimum of 25/50k liability coverage).
  • Clear TB test.
  • Clear Background Check through DOJ/FBI.
