As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of building systems and equipment.   • Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, HVAC and other building systems.
  • Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs including Carpentry, Paint & Patch duties.
  • Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
  • Operate forklift and scissor lift.
  • Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
  • Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
  • Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems.
  • Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.
  • Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
  • Must possess a valid driver license.
  • Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
