Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and 3-5 years of experience; post-secondary school education may substitute for years of experience
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to maneuver around vehicles to position yourself safely during installations
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Experience as mechanics, lube technicians, construction workers, repair workers, factory workers, machine operators, service technicians, and other trade workers from a variety of industries
• Specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training and have considerable on-the-job experience

Responsibilities

• Installing, configuring, calibrating, and repairing technical products and systems at car wash field locations
• Performing a variety of maintenance and technical support on installed products and equipment
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving malfunctions
• Determining when products should be upgraded or replaced
• Providing onsite training for customer support personnel on occasion
• Identifying key issues with equipment
• Solving problems and spots new, less obvious solutions
• Completing work with a limited degree of supervision
