About The Position

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure the reliability of plant systems and equipment by performing predictive, preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance while supporting safe, efficient operations across the facility. You will also coach team members, support training, and help maintain clean, safe work areas.

Nice To Haves

  • Completion of a two‑year electro‑mechanical technician program or related electrical field preferred.
  • Two years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coach team members on line speed, organization, sanitation, staffing needs, and performance while maintaining active communication with team and management.
  • Coordinate team training to ensure equipment is safely operated and standard work is followed.
  • Follow work order instructions for installation, overhaul, operation, inspections, and preventive maintenance using precision maintenance techniques on packaging and process equipment.
  • Set up assigned production lines and assist with changeovers as needed.
  • Provide feedback to improve future maintenance activities, including preventive tasks, parts, tools, and work strategies.
  • Perform building and grounds maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, completing electrical repairs, and supporting construction activities.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and equipment schematics to fabricate, build, or modify equipment and electrical systems with minimal supervision.
  • Perform routine preventive, proactive, corrective, and emergency maintenance based on technical requirements and the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Complete additional tasks as directed by lead or supervisory personnel to support efficient plant operations.
  • Identify and escalate food safety risks to lead, supervisor, or management.
  • Comply with and uphold all Conagra Brands policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Follow all Safety, Quality, and Human Resources protocols, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure all products meet Conagra quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of lines and work areas while meeting safety standards.
  • Record and log data accurately within required timeframes.
  • Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
