About The Position

Currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Ankeny, Iowa. This role ensures safe, clean, and compliant environments across rehabilitation programs for individuals with brain injuries and other neurological conditions. Maintenance experience preferred, strong teamwork skills. Wage is $20/hour if minimal/no experience. Position Highlights: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7:00am-5:00pm Hours: 40/week Location: Multiple campuses in Ankeny

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Must have an Iowa driver's license.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with environmental services and/or maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks across indoor, outdoor, and vehicle-related systems.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance (SDS, OSHA, Safety Committee).
• Assist with regulatory surveys, documentation, and plans of correction as needed.
• Support multiple departments by leading through communication, teamwork, and example.
