About The Position
This growing food manufacturer is looking to hire a full time, permanent 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician - Advanced Electrical & TIG Aluminum. New capital projects including adding new manufacturing lines are on the horizon. There is excitement with the expansion the company is going through. The successful candidate's duties and responsibilities will encompass the following:
Requirements
- 5 years of industrial machine and fabrication maintenance, troubleshooting and repair as well as TIG Aluminum experience
- Possess the ability to wire two-phase, three-phase and four-phase electric
- Possess the ability to work weekdays from 1 pm to 9 pm plus minimal overtime
- Possess a solid work history
- Being a US citizen or green card holder
- Having a residence within a 45-minute drive
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial equipment maintenance, repair, and two/three/four-phase electrical wiring are requirements for this position
- Proficiency in TIG Aluminum welding is also mandatory, and candidates must be comfortable working around common food allergens on the 2nd Shift is also required
- Second shift: 1 PM – 9 PM(minimal overtime, fully paid)
- Pay is $33 to $38 per hour depending on experience (top of range includes PLC skills) plus a $3/hour shift premium
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
- No remote as this is a 100% onsite position
- Full-time, permanent, W-2 employee

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems on production equipment
- Install and upgrade machinery and equipment to support production efficiency, safety, and reliability standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production flow
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and follow all safety, cleanliness, and regulatory protocols, including food safety guidelines
