This role involves assuring that equipment is fully operational to support the production of Rockwell Automation products through the installation, maintenance, and repair of Electronic Assembly equipment. The position requires performing electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process. Responsibilities include dismantling, adjusting, repairing, and assembling equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings, and using test and diagnostic equipment for checkouts. The technician will also rebuild manufacturing equipment and may perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers. Multiple shifts are available in Twinsburg, Ohio, including 1st shift (Mon-Thurs 5:30am-3:30pm), 2nd shift (Mon-Thurs 3:30pm-1:30am), 2nd shift (Mon-Wed, every other Thurs 6:45pm-7:00am), and D Shift (every other Thurs and Fri-Sun 6:45pm-7:00am). Shift premiums are offered for C and D shifts.
