About The Position

Determining … Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and make repairs or adjustments repair parts or correcting existing parts. Supporting maintenance team by assisting in mechanical repair and troubleshooting. Creating by making program modifications and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and controls systems & programs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Possess a two (2) year technical diploma/degree or higher in a Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Systems/Process Automation or Maintenance discipline from an accredited institution OR possess a minimum of three (3) years’ maintenance experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • The position will require working overtime, weekend, holiday, shift work, and on call work.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Five (5) years’ experience of manufacturing, equipment installation and troubleshooting maintenance support.
  • Good problem solving, troubleshooting, and reasoning ability.
  • Self-motivated, team orientated, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and skills of mechanical concepts needed to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment and electrical devices.
  • Direct Proven skill level in working with original equipment manuals, prints, drawings, and reading/understanding ladder logic.
  • Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, Drives, and components, & Siemens Step7 PLCs, Drives, and components.
  • Comfortable working with 480VAC and 700VDC electrical systems.
