Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
• General knowledge of building systems
• Reliable transportation & basic tools
• Ability to work outdoors and walk the property regularly

Nice To Haves

• HVAC experience and EPA certification strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests & prep apartments for move-in
• Perform general repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, pool maintenance)
• Ensure upkeep of buildings, grounds & amenities
• Handle after-hours calls as needed
• Maintain inventory, tools & safety standards (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing compliance)
