About The Position
Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical) | Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield | Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance) | Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems | Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures While this job description aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the role, it may not detail every task or responsibility required.All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, and vision of the organization. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Two (2) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)
- Required CertIfications/Licensures: (Current driver’s license and good driving record)
- Communication

Responsibilities
- High priority to ensure equipment functionality with responsibility for production and quality along with general building maintenance.
- Constant Monitoring all systems during operations.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Assist in the installation on new packaging lines.
- Identify and proactively report equipment issues
- Comply with all safety requirements
- Stay compliant with site testing requirements for position
- Complete and submit reports as required
- Assist in Maintaining accurate and consistent spare parts inventory
- Assist in site training
- Participate in PHA’s and PSM audits
