Job Summary: Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and or Maintenance Manager will follow all established procedures and policies while producing a product that meets or exceeds available standards while prioritizing safety, quality and efficiency to meet the goals of the company. Friday-Tuesday 10PM-6AM. Wednesday, Thursday Off

Requirements

  • GED or High School Education
  • At least 3 years experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing environment
  • Basic computer skills (ie. Word, Exel, etc.)
  • Excellent troubleshooting experience
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Multi-task Individual
  • Ability to work independently or with little supervision

Responsibilities

  • Conduct general repairs & maintenance to facility and grounds as assigned
  • Preform Preventive Maintenance Programs
  • General Maintenance to include but not limited to Painting, Building Repairs, Pluming, Electrical Work, Boiler Maintenance and Cleaning Drains.
  • Must have a background in Electrical and PC
  • Experience in Pluming, Refrigeration and Equipment repair and Knowledge of Equipment
  • Basic Knowledge of electrical starters, switches and three (3) phase motors
  • Must provide your own Hand Tools
  • Responsible for inventory of parts of assigned area
  • Must pass pulmonary functions test and pass and maintain respirator fit test annually.
  • Any other duties assigned
  • Maintaining food safety and food quality through completing job tasks and maintaining the work area in a sanitary manner
  • Report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action
