About The Position

Provides Maintenance services at two production sites. Responsible for maintaining equipment and facilities and the production tooling/processes deployed to produce products.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• At least 5 years of experience
• 5+ years of experience in Maintenance in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated basic Lean knowledge and results required with certification preferred
• Prior experience in low volume high mix industrial business required
• Strong electrical mechanical maintenance hands-on experience required
• Strong self-starter with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Hands on internal customer centric management approach
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization from direct labor to ownership
• Strong teammate mentality with results focused approach

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree or certification preferred
• Metal fabrication and machining preferred
• Prior experience in implementing/ maintaining Total Preventative Maintenance plan
