The Maintenance Technician will join the team at Chariot Pointe, a 184-unit apartment community in Murfreesboro, TN. This role is responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to ensure a great living experience for residents.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting
• Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required

Nice To Haves

• 1 - 2 years previous experience in maintenance
• HVAC and EPA experience
• CPO certification

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for any repairs or replacements that may arise
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units
• Perform preventative maintenance on property
• Assess and repair appliances as needed
• Assist in preparing vacant units ready for new residents
• Occasional on-call duties
• Create and maintain a safe work environment
