Maintenance Technician - Walden Landing
About The Position
We have an immediate opening for Apartment Maintenance Technician. We are seeking a customer-service oriented individual with a high level of professionalism; upbeat; positive; "can " and team player attitude; and with an attention to detail. General responsibilities include fulfilling service requests; apartment grounds; apartment punch; make readies; drywall repair; painting; general plumbing; and general electrical. Excellent communication skills are needed with ability to remain professional under pressure. Ability to work Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Shared on-call responsibility is required. Weekend availability is also required. Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and car insurance. Two years of previous apartment maintenance experience required. HVAC experiences is preferred. HVAC certification and CPO Certification preferred but not required. Join a winning team and enjoy a great working environment!
