Requirements
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility for on-call or emergency situations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs of hotel and resort facilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Respond promptly to work orders and guest requests to address maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Inspect and maintain equipment and systems to ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance.
- Assist with preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and materials used.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall resort operations.
