Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift) Pay Range: $24.50 - $31.73/hour Location: Minonk, IL Position classification based on experience & pre-employment test results What You'll Do: Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery, equipment, and facility systems Troubleshoot 3-phase power (480V), low-voltage circuits, and PLC systems (PLC troubleshooting a plus) Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure machine uptime and safety Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Work independently while collaborating with the team to meet production goals Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; technical certification in multi-craft maintenance preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician in a manufacturing setting
- Strong skills in electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
- Service mindset, teamwork, and strong communication skills
- Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
