About The Position

Hanline Foods is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine maintenance on the machines utilized for daily production, along with general building needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an industrial maintenance role.
• Must be able to stand for minimum of 8 hours per day
• Must be able to work minimum of 40+hours per week
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, pneumatics, hydraulics, HVAC, and boilers

Responsibilities

• Work Schedule - 3pm until completion, overtime and Saturday's as needed.
• Install, repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment. Complete Preventative Maintenance Tasks as assigned.
• Diagnose problems using root cause analysis tools, Diagnostic equipment and observation skills.
• Safely Execute repairs on machinery in a timely fashion, using hand tools, power tools etc.
• Assist in identifying and implementing upgrades and modifications that improve safety, efficiency and production.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies by checking stock and notifying manager.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with Company procedures, rules, and regulations in accordance with OSHA and food safety Guidelines.
