Requirements
- PLC certification required
- 1+ year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
- Familiar with maintenance work order systems and technical drawings
- Proficient with hand/power tools, meters, and material handling equipment
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Nice To Haves
- Welding and machining experience a plus
- Associate’s or Technical School Degree in Mechanics, Electrical, Computer Science preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on production and utility equipment.
- Troubleshoot PLCs and AC/DC drive systems.
- Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical documents.
- Complete preventive maintenance checks and document work in CMMS.
- Support line systems (lubrication, resin delivery, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate equipment issues to maintenance and production teams.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow sanitation protocols.
- Track and report parts usage and inventory levels.
- Follow all safety and compliance standards (OSHA, MSS, SOPs).
- Perform other duties as needed.
