Your Mission: What You'll Be Doing As our Maintenance Technician, you'll be the expert who keeps our operations humming.

Requirements

  • Technical Prowess: You're proficient in at least two of the following: electrical, mechanical, robotics, vision systems, controls, fabrication, or pneumatics. You have an intermediate-level mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Problem-Solver Mentality: You have a demonstrated ability to identify problems, define the issue, pinpoint the root cause, and find practical solutions.
  • Safety Conscious: You're comfortable working at heights of 20-25 feet using a scissor lift and can attain forklift certifications.
  • Experienced and Knowledgeable: You have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a relatable field, with knowledge of 208 and 480vac 3-phase electrical systems and mechanical processes.
  • Computer Literate: You're proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and can quickly learn new systems like CMMS software.
  • Strong Communicator: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Preventative Maintenance Pro: You'll perform regular preventative maintenance on a wide range of machines and equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Emergency Troubleshooting: When an issue arises, you'll be the first responder, performing unscheduled repairs to get our production equipment back online quickly.
  • System Expert: You'll install, test, and troubleshoot industrial controls, including computerized systems, servos, sensors, and automated production lines.
  • Problem-Solving Master: You'll diagnose complex problems, replace or repair parts, test your work, and make adjustments to ensure everything is operating perfectly.
  • Safety and Compliance: You'll read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders, always adhering to our Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Safe Practices.
  • Clean and Organized: You'll maintain clean and orderly work areas, because a tidy space is a safe and efficient space.
