Requirements
- 4+ years of maintenance/facilities experience
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and repair work
- Troubleshoot and fix electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
- Skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, team-oriented, and solution-focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance & repairs (carpentry, drywall, painting)
- Repair appliances, tile, and fixtures
- Complete work orders and respond to maintenance requests
- Identify and resolve safety hazards quickly
- Assist with supplies, materials, and facility upkeep
