About The Position
Berry Hill Resort and Conference Center is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. This position is responsible for helping maintain the resort’s facilities to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our guests and staff. The ideal candidate will have experience with HVAC systems and a strong working knowledge of general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and basic repair work. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues throughout the property. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential. This is a full-time position, and applicants must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Requirements
- Experience with HVAC systems
- Strong working knowledge of general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and basic repair work
