About The Position

Hands on Maintenance Technician needed - Full Time Day Shift Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Must be able to lead a crew but still do the work yourself. Royal Life Centers is seeking a skilled and committed Facilities Maintenance technician to work in Mead Washington. The facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting the daily maintenance functions and special projects in our locations to ensure day-to-day operations and site safety. This role is responsible for the maintenance and repair of various residential and business structures. As part of our commitment to safeguard the well-being of our employees and guests, our organization has established a Drug-Free Workplace Policy. A pre-employment drug screen will be required for all candidates.In addition, it is a violation of our organization’s policy for any employee to report to work under the influence of illegal drugs and/or to possess on his/her body, illegal drugs in any detectable amount and employees are subject to drug testing under the standards of this policy.

Requirements

3 years of verifiable experience in Facilities Maintenance working on Residential and Business structures.
Knowledge of current building codes and standards in Washington State
High School Diploma or its equivalent.
Must be able to lead a crew but still do the work yourself.
