About The Position

BeMore Staffing is currently seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for temp and temp -to -hire positions at apartment communities throughout the area. Ideal candidates will have hands -on experience in apartment maintenance, construction, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs. Candidates with HVAC experience or EPA certification are strongly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• HVAC certification preferred but not required (EPA certification is a plus)
• Minimum of 6 months of maintenance experience in an apartment community or similar environment
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, with the ability to maintain, repair, or replace systems preferred
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation required
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Possess basic hand tools necessary to perform daily maintenance tasks
• Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including basic electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, carpentry, masonry, and painting
• Repair and maintain building structures, such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls, and exterior areas
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, residents, and team members
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests
• Prepare units for new move -ins, ensuring all standards are met
• Complete annual preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled
• May help assist with grounds as needed
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management
