From HVAC systems to plumbing repairs and cosmetic enhancements, Maintenance Technicians are vital in ensuring resident satisfaction. They are personable individuals with exceptional technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hands-on work. What you’ll do: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas. Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues. Consistently exemplifying the Wasatch brand. Embodying an owner's mindset. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
- Experience in repairing and or maintaining at least most of the following: Electrical Systems Plumbing Appliances Flooring Carpentry Heating and air systems Pools
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Superior customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies
